The flat finish of the milk paint on this leg allows the bold turning to maintain a quiet presence.

The free form of this reception table was worked out at the client's Westport CT store on a large piece of cardboard. The top is Curly Maple with the legs were made with Wenge.

This bookcase was designed to house a client's collection of handmade books.

We designed these simple stools to tuck into the new kitchen that was also built by us. The stools are finished with milk paint. Please contact us if you are interested in ordering these for your home.

This simple vanity is an adaptation from the Louis V style.

Small spaces call for creative cabinetry. This wall unit comprises book storage a vanity table and a double bed. The face veneer is Ash and the dressing table legs are from Doug Mockett.

This custom bar was a collaboration between the home owner and our shop. With the light & dark grains in the Tulip of the stools we were able to select the bar cabinet veneers. The front of the sink cabinet features Sapelle Olive Ash & Anigre Burl veneers all sourced from Certainly woods.The curved front and top are all made using material from 3-Form.

For the 2009 Leonardo Challenge at the Eli Whitney museum the item to work with was rulers. We built two tables for the show. This one has a base made with yard sticks. The top contains the rules. We would be happy to make another rule table for your home.

This was our second table for the 2009 Leonardo Challenge. The top of this table was made from 12" rulers. We would be happy to make one of these tables for your home.

This simple cabinet was made to match the client's existing bedroom set. The dresser was designed to house the electronic equipment that goes with the television.

I was asked to build this table as a whimsy. When my 9 year old son Graham saw it he announced that i had built a bunk bed table. We used punky walnut for the base and top. The underside has a surprise, you will have to go to come to our shop to see what the surprise is.

I like to use everyday items as springboards to furniture. I started making these tables a few years ago and now I am always on the lookout for iron return air registers for these tables. The base is made with Cherry. We currently have two of these tables available for sale.

This small side table is made with an ash and walnut base and a simple top from 1" 3-Form Thatch. The table is 12" square and 29" high. It is currently available for sale in our shop.

This chair was made based on the challenge to make an item using bottle caps. I had been thinking of making the chair for a while. The Eli Whitney Leonard Challenge was just the push I needed to put the chair together.
